Summer Theatre Camp: Teen Intensive July 6 - July 17 Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Ages 13-17 | $500 per camper Location: Manatee Performing Arts Center

Designed for teens ready to take their skills to the next level, this three-week theatre intensive is a challenging and rewarding experience for young performers ages 13-17. While we’re keeping the show title under wraps a bit longer, participants can expect to rehearse and stage a dynamic, full-length youth production that will stretch their abilities and ignite their passion for live performance.

Campers will work with professional directors, choreographers, and music instructors to develop acting, vocal, and movement techniques. In addition to daily rehearsals, they’ll explore script and character analysis, ensemble building, audition tips, and stagecraft—all in a fast-paced, creative environment.

This camp is perfect for teens looking to grow artistically, build confidence, and work collaboratively with like-minded peers. Whether they’re aspiring to perform professionally or just love being on stage, this experience provides real-world training and a supportive community to grow in.

At the end of the session, family and friends will be invited to enjoy the final performance—an exciting showcase of the teens’ dedication, talent, and growth.
