Join us on the “History Train” when our conductor, Judge Gilbert Smith, Jr., takes us on a tour to learn about the judges who have served the 12th Judicial Circuit since 1855. These “Legends of the Bench” are not just dedicated public servants who are committed to the rule of law; but, they are also leaders who volunteer their time to make our community a better place to live. Judge Smith is writing a book about the history of the judges and the 12th Judicial Circuit.
